Mini-PTS

The Quin Mini-PTS provides a new compact multi-axis servo control system that dramatically reduces the cost of replacing mechanical transmission systems in machines. Using the language and software from the Quin PTS system, the Mini-PTS provides a compact lower cost module for machines requiring control for up to four servo motors plus one virtual axis. All the major features of the established Programmable Transmission System have been included and enhanced with an easy to use Windows based front end.

Mini-PTS 2+1

The Mini PTS 2+1 and Mini PTS 3 answers the demand for a flexible but cost effective 2-3 axis servo control system.

Evolving from the 4 axis Mini PTS, it provides exactly the same proven and tested Programmable Transmission system language with additional features to meet modular machine requirements. The Mini PTS 3 includes the inherent flexibility via Servonet to build or add to an application without changing control strategy, or perhaps, more importantly, installation wiring. The Mini PTS 2+1 and Mini PTS 3 is a flexible control system which caters for expansion simply and with cost savings uppermost in mind.

Mini-PTS 3

Summed is a powerful option enabling management of multiple Mini PTS 3 servo controllers. The central machine controller holds the entire machine or line programme and manages software distribution to each networked Mini-PTS; setting up relevant master/slave and synchronisation relationships. Once fully set up, the machine controller, on a ,enthrone, basis, manages the system and gives diagnostic information, displaying it Quin Programmable Operator Interface or PC running a suitable man machine interface programme.
