1. DISRIPTION
YOZHO® brand silicone encapsulants are two-component high transparency silicone materials. Mainly used for sealing of electronic components, the encapsulants can improve the integrity of electronic devices, the vibration resistance and the insulation between the circuits and the components. The products make electronic devices smaller and lighter, and avoid the exposure of the components to the environment to ensure the waterproof, moisture resistant capability.
2. FEATURES
2.1 High transparency, standard refractive index, high purity.
2.2 Excellent environmental stability, good flowing properties; Excellent electrical insulation and sealing properties.
2.3 Excellent thermal stability – greater reliability in processing and performance; very long working time.
2.4 The product is packaged in Part A and Part B, both of them are transparent and could be stored for a long period in sealed, cool and dry condition.
2.5 Excellent stability in a wide range of temperature, can be used under -50℃～200℃ for a long time. The samples don’t crack and harden after 7 days test under 300℃.
2.6 Cures to be transparent elastomers; High adhesion to PPA, ABS and metal.
3. APPLICATIONS
The product is typically used for the automatic or manual dispensing of SMD high power LED, molding encapsulants, phosphors encapsulants and solar panels encapsulants.
