Electronic Contacts Basic Structure and Materials
- Main material: Mainly H65 brass or phosphor bronze strip, thickness 0.3-0.8mm, contact pieces, springs and other parts are made by stamping.
- Surface treatment: Commonly used nickel plating (3-5μm) or tin plating (1-3μm) process, some high-end products are silver-plated.
Forming Parts Production Process Characteristics
Stamping: Use high-speed punch presses with continuous mold production, and can complete 2000-5000 stampings per hour.
Forming process: The bending angle tolerance is controlled at ±2°, and complex shapes are processed through multi-station molds.
Welding method: Most of them use resistance spot welding or laser welding to ensure the stability of the contacts.
Core Performance Advantage
Conductive performance: contact resistance ≤ 20mΩ (in accordance with GB/T 5095 standard)
Durability: conventional products can withstand 5000-10000 plug-in and pull-out cycles
Corrosion resistance: nickel-plated products pass 48-hour salt spray test
