Driven by the rotation of the spiral shaft, the sludge continuously advances, while being influenced by gravity and a special laminated structure, gradually separating solid matter from liquid. After gravity concentration in the concentration section, the sludge is transported to the dewatering section. During the process of advancement, as the filter gap and pitch gradually decrease, as well as the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, the sludge is subjected to great pressure, and the volume continues to shrink, ultimately achieving the goal of full dewatering.
