PE & PP Desiccant Masterbatch
Product Description
Recycled polyethylene(PE), recycled polypropylene(PP), recycled polystyrene(PS), recycled ABS or polyamide(PA) often contains some moisture, if not eliminated, the moisture will form into drain marks or bubbles on the surface of the related products when processing, besides quality affectet, the moisture even causes impossibility of processing.
Desiccant Masterbatch is a new type of functional masterbatch specially developed to solve the moisture problems. With a small adding rate, by mixing with the raw materials, it can absorb the moisture during the production process, thus saving the drying process. Desiccant Masterbatch is environment- friendly and can save production time, energy and cost.
Applications
PE965 is applicable to new PP/PE which is affected with damp.PE965 is able to maintain the mechanical properties of virgin PP and PE.
PE975 can be widely used in recycled and wet PE and PP. Recommended for Injection, Blow Molding,Sheeting and high-end film-blowing productions
PE985 can be widely used in recycled and wet PE and PP film blowing productions such as PP/PE plastic garbage bags,PP/PE pipes etc.
PS475 can be applied in PS Injection Moulding, Sheet,Blow molding, etc
A-218 can be applied in ABS Injection Moulding, Sheet, etc
NY316 can be applied in different kinds of PA Injection Mouldings

Features

3. No need to change the manufacturing process and equipments, thereby saving the cost of electricity and time.
Guidelines
1. Check the condition of inner packing, forbid using if damaged
2. Use up within 12 hours after opening the inner packing
3. Addition rate: 1%~3%
4. Simply mix with plastic raw materials
5. Forbid drying with wet plastic materials
Packing & Store
1. Handle carefully to avoid packaging damaged
2. Store in ventilated, dry, and cool place to keep out of sun exposure and rain
3. Recommended storage life: up to 6 months provided it is stored as directed
