Warranty for Airend Rebuilding and Overhau
STANDARD ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
Advance Air Compressor Technology warrants air ends it rebuilds for one full year or 8000 hours, whichever occurs first.
For this warranty to remain in effect, the customer will need to perform the following:
• replace the bearings in the compressor drive motor prior to re-installation of rebuilt air end.
• Wash and pressure clean external and internal of the oil cooler(heat exchanger)
• Drain OLD compressor lubricant - Refill compressor with new Lubricant that is designed for use in rotary screw compressors. (AdvanceLube® lubricant is the best over all value - feel free to call Advance Air Compressor Technology if you have any lubricant questions)
• replace Air / Oil Separator, Oil Filter, and Strainers with new elements.
• Perform all other manufacturer's recommended maintenance items.
• Document the actions taken as described above.
In the event of a problem or failure:
Written notice of such failure will be provided to Advance Air Compressor Technology within seven (7) days of discovery of such failure. Notice should be send to:

• Advance Air Compressor Technology will repair or replace the air end, at its option
• The air end in question will be shipped to Advance Air Compressor Technology , as directed, freight prepaid.
• Documentation will be provided to show that the equipment has been maintained in a preventative maintenance program, which meets the equipment manufacturer's recommendations.
• Neither of the above warranty programs cover, nor should they be expected to, misuse, negligence, force majeure, misapplication of equipment, neglect or standard wear and tear from normal use.
• Advane Air Compressor Technology is not responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral or implied (including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose).
NOTE: Special provisions may apply depending on the installation of the compressor.
Warranty Exclusions
In the event that an Advance Air Compressor Technology part is found to be defective, please notify Advance Air Compressor Technology as soon as possible so that we can take steps to replace the part. Advance Air Compressor Technology will replace or repair the parts in question .
In order to preserve the Advance Air warranty, the customer account with Advance Air Compressor Technology must be paid in full, accouding to the agreed upon terms. Non-payment of the account will redue the warranty period to 30 days.
This warranty does not (and should not be expeccted to) cover issues related to misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear. It is a fact that some parts are not designed to last for one year. If the part is defective, we will take care of it.
Advance Air Compressor Technology will not be (and should not be) liable for consequential, incidental damages, or punitive damages.
