Our engineers and purchasing department in China are able to acquire most custom resins, and in the event a custom resin is not available in China we are able to provide alternative high quality resins from internationally known plastic resin suppliers. With it's well qualified Chinese mold factory produces plastic injection molds from prototype molds to full production molds. For small parts we have proprietary and industry standard quick change injection mold systems for quick turnaround tooling of injection molds. For small parts we have a low cost core and cavity system for quick tooling of simple shapes. We have tooled and produced production parts in as little as ten days. Typical turnaround is 4 to 6 weeks.
