Mission Control - Kemppi FastMig Pulse 350/450

FastMig Pulse is a MIG/MAG welding system that puts you in control. It sets new standards for customer choice. The software architecture allows standard or tailored packages to suit your specific welding environment, so the commercial benefits are yours. 

There are two power classes available: the 350- and 450-ampere model. Both of them are 400-volt three phase machines designed for professional use in shipyards and offshore fabrication, chemical process industries, car and vehicle manufacturing, and general production welding.

Options add customisability and productivity

The Arc Wizard P65 control panel menus include special welding processes for root and thin plate welding, auto power regulation and arc length recognition, plus additional base curves and panel function options.

MXF65 and MXF67 wire feeders can be equipped with either Work Pack or Project Pack welding software profile. The Work Pack profile contains a basic selection of welding curves, whereas the Project Pack is a totally customer-tailored selection of welding processes and optional features. 

PF65 wire feeder control panel offers a rich selection of choices for controlling the arc behaviour and welding performance. 

Wise and Match software product ranges are designed to customise the arc performance and equipment function. The Wise products let you refine specific welding requirements (e.g. WiseThin manages heat input and arc performance for manual and automated thin sheet welding with less spatter). The Match products let you customise the functions of the welding machine (e.g. MatchPin locks the equipment’s control panel to improve security and stop unauthorised use of the equipment). 

DataGun is a new programming device from Kemppi that you can use to upgrade the FastMig Pulse software and to install new features like Wise and Match options or welding curves.

The R30 remote control device gives you power control, welding date display or channel selection at distances up to 10m from the wire feed unit.
