Designed for use with our compact D-M9 auto switch, which can be mounted on all four sides (only 2 sides in the case of 20 and 25mm) these new rotary clamp cylinders when required can also be used in conjunction with our magnetic field resistant auto switch Series D-P3DW. |

The compact integration of gripping and rotating functions eliminates the peripheral piping and wiring of the previous product (rotary table + adapter + air gripper). MRQThe MRQ provides linear and rotary motion either simultaneously or alternately. It meets many handling applications, is simple to use, and when combined with SMC grippers, provides combined motions for picking, transferring, and rotation. Available in 32 and 40mm bores with strokes from 5 to 100mm; rotation from 90° to 180°. Connection ports are available on both sides of the cylinder, as well as end-of-stroke sensing for all positions. |

CRB1The CRB1 vane style rotary actuator is offered in 7 sizes (10-100mm). Rotation angles of up to 270° is possible for the entire series. The double vane style offered on the 90° and 100° rotation allows twice the torque of the single vane. Bearings are used throughout the series to support thrust and radial loads. In addition, rubber bumpers are used internally (except for size 10) making this series highly reliable. Optional auto switches can be moved anywhere along the circumference to allow mounting in a position that is most appropriate for your specifications. |

CRB2Series CRB2, single or double vane type, rotary actuator is available in 10, 15, 20, 30 or 40 bore. The single vane style uses specially designed seals and stoppers which enable this compact type actuator to rotate up to 270°. Direct mounting is possible for sizes 10 to 30 with the angle adjuster unit. The use of bearings to support thrust and radial loads, along with the implementation of an internal rubber bumper (except for size 10), makes the CRB2 excellent in reliability and durability. Other options include flange mounting, side or axial ports and auto switch capability. |

CRBUThe CRBU series is a free mount style, rotary actuator with direct mounting available in three directions. Axial, vertical and side directions are possible. Through the adoption of specially designed seals and stoppers, a rotation angle of 270° has been achieved for the first time in a compact vane style actuator. To support thrust and radial loads, bearings are used throughout the series. In addition, rubber bumpers are used internally (except size 10) to further improve reliability. |

MSZManufacturers who incorporate work piece selection or separation in their production process now have a unique, cost effective, solution thanks to development engineers from SMC, the world’s leading automation experts, and their new 3-position rotary table, Series MSZ. This latest rotary actuator can be adjusted to stop at three different positions within a 190º radius and does not require either a electric motor or any complex machinery to function, only compressed air. Designed initially for the selection and separation of work pieces to either the left or right, the rotary table is controlled via a single 3-position solenoid valve ensuring simple setup and operation. Currently available in two model types – basic and high accuracy, for higher loads and reduced table deflection, – Series MSZ can be ordered in four different sizes and are designed to work with an operating pressure range of between 0.2 to1 MPa. With an allowable kinetic energy of 7, 25, 48 and 81 mJ and an effective torque at 0.5MPa of 1, 2, 3 and 5 Nm respectively, a load can be mounted directly on the table for simplicity. |
