This cold perm is specially formulated to help preserve curls as well as condition the hair to offset damage caused by harsh chemical treatments. |
| Directions: |
| Shampoo hair while massaging the scalp, then rinse and towel dry. Choose the correct rods and roll on the curlers as desired. Apply Perming Lotion with gentle flow evenly and uniformly without flooding. Cap up and put under heat or steamer. Process for 10-25 minutes. Check curls every 5 minutes until 'S' form and rinse thoroughly for 5 minutes with running water. Towel dry. Apply Neutralizer with gentle flow evenly and uniformly without flooding. Process for 8-10 minutes. Remove rods and rinse thoroughly. Towel dry. Blow Dry. Style as desired. |
