Rotaloc

Rotaloc Annular Cutters are designed for use with the Hougen HMD111 Ultra-Low Profile Truck Frame Drill, and Rotaloc Plus Annular Cutters are designed for the Hougen HMD151. They feature an easy shank mounting for fast change out, with no tools required to install in the drill's arbor. For optimum cutter tool life and cutter efficiency use Hougen Slick-Stik Lubricant.
