PRODUCTION WITH DTGTEX
The DTGTEX ink is a specially formulated water based pigment ink that is heat set with either a tunnel dryer or heat press.
Available in 200ml, 500ml and 1 litre containers. |
For use with ALL coloured 100% cotton and cotton/poly blend fabrics. With DTGTEX you can print direct to fabrics. All without the need for pre treatment or coatings for light coloured garments and a simple pre treatment for darker garments that create stunning white prints. Synthetic and all natural fibers are easily decorated with vibrant wash resistant colours.
Inkjet coated sign media is readily available from your favourite sign media supplier. All inkjet receptive papers, vinyls, cardboards, backlit film and adhesives are perfect for traditional sign applications.
Rigid surface printing to plastic, glass, ceramics, wood and more is easily achieved with a DTG specialty pre-coat agent. Once heat set this will create a stable inkjet receptive layer to bind DTGTEX pigment inks. Typically this agent is applied by a sprayer to multiple items at once.
You may require a liquid laminate after printing to provide scratch and water resistance. This is only required on non porous surfaces like glass and metals etc or outdoor usage.

PRODUCTION WITH DTGUNI
The DTGUNI ink is a specially formulated ink for use with all rigid surface printing. Liquid laminates for post treatment may be needed to enhance bonding. DTGUNI is ideal for vinyls, acrylics, ceramics, metals, glass and wood.

DTGUNI is a water based pigment ink that will adhere to virtually all surfaces once heated during the print cycle.
When selecting the DTGUNI inks system a specialty engineered rapid spot heating device is mounted conveniently to the print head. This is then auto activated during the print cycle, creating an instant heat source over the printed area and therefore binding the inks to virtually all surfaces except fabrics.
DTGUNI was created to offer a more flexible environmentally sound NON odor choice in the production of all sign media, glass, ceramic and metals WITHOUT the need for pre coats of any type. (Heating process created through the DTG rapid spot dryer will not adversely affect most surfaces.
With DTGUNI your ability to print direct to the widest range of products will keep you in front of the competition offering a truly unique digital printing solution.
A fixation process after printing will be needed with liquid or cold laminates to protect from water effects and or scratching to non porous surfaces like glass and metal. For outdoor usage we recommend applying DTG coatings for graffiti and UV stabilisation. |

INK COATINGS
1. UNDERCOAT TYPE A (DTGTEX)
Pre coat agent that can be applied by aerosol or compressor. For cotton, lycra, polyester etc. Increases vibrancy and wash resistance.
2. UNDERCOAT TYPE B (DTGTEX)
Pre coat agent that can be applied by aerosol or compressor. For white ink textile printing. For use with DTGTEX white ink only.
3. COATING TYPES D & C (DTGUNI)
Post treatment solutions for overcoat application for metals, ceramics, glass, sign media etc. Provides graffiti/UV and water resistance. |
