Square weave wire cloth is made by weaving wires together and formed as a square aperture, typically using stainless steel 304(L), 316(L), 321,310s, it also can be made of other materials, such as brass, copper, bronze,or aluminum etc.. It is a versatile material used in various industrial filtration, sieving, protection, and separation purposes.
Plain Weave
Plain weave is the most popular and commonly used weave type. The warp wire cross the weft wire in turn. The warp wire, which also called shut wire, has nearly same diameter as the weft wire.
Twill Weave
Each weft wire traverses alternatively over two, then under two consecutive warp wires, while each warp wire alternates over two and under two consecutive weft wires. This weave technique permits the accommodation of a wire diameter heavier than the standard.
