Product Description

Performance Advantages: Vacuum insulation panels are ultra-thin, high-performance thermal insulation materials with insulation efficiency up to 20 times higher than conventional materials.

Applications: Suitable for household appliances, temperature-controlled packaging, cold chain transportation systems, and any other applications requiring reduced thermal energy transfer losses, offering energy efficiency and space savings.

Environmental Features: A green and eco-friendly material that does not release ODS (ozone-depleting substances) or HCFs (hydrofluorocarbons) during production and use. The core material complies with EU RoHS and REACH standards and is recyclable.

Product Structure

The core structure of vacuum insulation panels consists of the following three components:

Core Material:

1. Made of glass fibers with a diameter of 6-11 microns, compliant with EU REACH and RoHS environmental standards.

2. Safer and more environmentally friendly compared to the potentially carcinogenic core materials used by many manufacturers.

 Barrier Film:

1) Independently developed and produced, with an ultra-long lifespan of 15 years.

2) High barrier performance, no thermal bridging effect, ensuring stable insulation performance.

3) Superior to the 2-3 year lifespan of food-grade barrier films used by some manufacturers.

Adsorption Material:

1) Incorporates proprietary patented getters and desiccants to ensure stable performance and extend the service life of the vacuum insulation panels.

2) Most manufacturers do not use adsorption materials, resulting in unstable performance and shorter lifespans.

In the comparison of insulation materials, fiberglass vacuum insulation panel (Fiberglass Vacuum Insulation Panel) can achieve the insulation effect of other materials several times thicker with its ultra-low thermal conductivity (only 1.3-2.5 mW) and thin thickness of 10mm. Compared with polyurethane (PU, thermal conductivity 20-30 mW), glass fiber mat (Glassfiber Mat, thermal conductivity 20-40 mW), polystyrene foam (EPS, thermal conductivity 30-37 mW) and rock wool (Rock Wool, thermal conductivity 41-45 mW), it has significant energy-saving advantages.
