3. Nitriding steels:
31CrMoV9 (1.8519), 34CrAlNi7 (1.8550)
4. Bearing steels:
100Cr6 (1.3505), 100CrMo7-3 (1.3536)
Special products: ESU remelted Material / VU – vacuum remelted => very high cleanliness
* Diameters
5 – 22 mm rd. => ex-mill Hagen, MOQ 3- 4 tons per dia.
23 – 80 mm rd. => ex-mill Siegen, MOQ 4 tons or multiple per dia
81 – 250 mm rd. => ex-mill Witten, MOQ 6 tons or multiple per dia
251 – 800 mm rd. => ex-mill Krefeld, MOQ depends on the dia and length => 4 - 20 tons per dia
* Flats from approx. 90 x 30 mm to approx. 500 x 130 mm
Heat treatment possibilities: annealing (+ A, GKZ, FP), normalised, quenched and tempered, stress relieved
Format: billets, flats, square, round => black surface, peeled, brightsteel (drawn bars up to 26 mm rd.)
Lengths: min. 3.000 – max. 28.000 mm ( Siegen up to max. 10.000 mm)
Bundle weights: 1 – 6 to (depends on the diameter)
Certificates / Approvals: all common approvals are possible => TÜV, GL, ABS etc.
Delivery ex-mill – depending on the diameter and production process - approx. 4 – 6 months after receipt of the purchase order.
