Silencers & Exhaust Cleaners
ANA1/ANB1 The high noise reduction style silencer ANA1 keeps the noise level inside a plant below 85dB(A) with a noise reduction effect of 40dB(A). Series ANB1 has a noise reduction effect of 38dB(A) and has a larger effective area with the same port size as series ANA1. It is also available for common exhaust from manifolds.
AN Series AN silencers offer various styles and low back pressure in a compact, easy mounting design. The noise reduction has been improved to 30 dB(A) and the case is UL94-V0 grade, flame resistant material. Series AN is available with M, R or NPT threads.
AMC Series AMC exhaust cleaners insure clean plant air and reduce noise pollution over 35dB. The AMC series also removes over 99.9% of oil mist. Choose from R(PT), NPT or G(PF) thread styles.
AMP Exhaust cleaner, series AMP, can be used inside a clean room. Depending on operating conditions, exhaust air cleanliness may be equivalent to Class 100. Since exhaust air from pneumatic equipment can be released directly into a clean room, piping to ducts is unnecessary thereby reducing piping labor costs and increasing space savings.
25** Series 25 is a metal case style silencer with a shock resistant construction. The series exhausts in only one direction and prevents scattering of mist and noise. Series 25 is available with R(PT) or NPT threads.
VCHN SMC's VCHN silencer is rated for high pressure of up to 5.0MPa. A double-layer filtration structure results in less clogging of the silencer's element, and by simply removing a bolt, the sound absorbing material can be replaced without removing the silencer. The VCHN has a built-in safety valve, which will activate when the silencer's internal pressure exceeds 1.8MPa. At a supply pressure of 4.0MPa, back pressure 2.0MPa, the VCHN provides a 35dB(A) noise level reduction. A freeze reduction option is available.
AMV Series AMV exhaust cleaner separates and removes over 99.5% oil mist in compressed air and solid particles of more than 0.3µm. It can operate in temperatures between 5° to 80°C if there is no risk of freezing the moisture in the air. |
