Developed initially to achieve space savings and reduced labour costs when panel mounting regulator and filter regulator units. This latest range of compressed air supply components feature integral, non rotating, pressure gauges inside a unique adjustable handle thereby eliminating the need to install separate pressure controls. Offering excellent visibility, Series ACG/ARG/AWG can be clearly seen and adjusted even when mounted in those difficult areas such as close to the floor, or even when side mounted high up a wall. Performance can be set using simple limit indicators, which can be easily adjusted by removing the one-touch see through gauge cover. Additionally, the mounting angle of the gauge can also be selected from four directions – 0º, 90º, 180º and 270º in relation to the piping direction. Designed for use with air, up to a maximum operating pressure of 1.0MPa, with ambient fluid temperature range of between -5ºC to 60ºC these innovative regulators have been designed to fully integrate with SMC´s existing range of FRL units. |

ARJMiniature regulator series ARJ is part of SMC's pressure control equipment line. The ARJ series is available with or without one-touch fittings depending on the model type. All models come standard as direct operated relieving style. Two mounting thread options are available on the ARJ210 & ARJ310 series. ARJ1020F comes standard with M5 threads. ARM5When you’ve already got one of the best ranges of compact regulators in the market place there’s really only one way to go – even smaller! And that’s exactly what the development engineers from automation control experts, SMC, have done with their new 14 mm wide compact manifold regulator -Series ARM5. Designed initially for the automotive and electronics industries, Series ARM5 can be directly or DIN rail mounted, and uses many of the same key features as the larger models in the ARM range, such as a backflow function as standard, a single unit type and an optional built-in pressure gauge. However this new, extremely compact series now includes a low 0.35 MPa pressure set option and the removable one-touch fittings can be changed to accommodate tube sizes of 4, 6 or 8 mm. With further options including centralised and individual supply types, this new compact ARM5 offers similar space, maintenance and time saving benefits as the existing ARM range. |

VCHRProcess Industry and PET machine builder’s requests for both 2 and 3 port, pilot operated, solenoid valves, with high pressure performance are now answered with the launch of SMC’s latest Series VCH range. Designed for use with air or inert gas, these new valves can operate up to a maximum pressure of 5.0 MPa thereby substantially exceeding SMC’s existing VXH high pressure series. With large flow passages, and ISO1179-1 conforming port thread sizes of G1/2 to G1, high flow rates are ensured and due to a reduction in the overall volume of the pilot chamber their responsiveness can now only be measured in milliseconds. Additionally, the VCH range offers enclosure protection equivalent to IP65 and a DIN type electrical connector as standard and due to its unique collision-less armature construction, with rubber buffers and urethane diaphragm, early indications have confirmed that the valves operation life time will exceed 10 million cycles. Currently the VCH Series is available in four different valve configurations; 2 port valve normally closed - VCH41, 2 port valve normally open - VCH 42, our 3 port option - VCH410, plus a check valve – VCHC40. |

AMSeries AM can separate and remove oil mist in compressed air, which is difficult to remove by ordinary air filters and removes solid particles such as rust or carbon of more than 0.3 micron. It is the most suitable for air sources that drive pilot, metal seal solenoid valves. |
AMDSeries AMD can separate and remove aerosol state oil mist in compressed air and remove carbon or dust of more than 0.01um. It should be used as prefilter for compressed air in precision instruments or for clean room requirements. |

AMJSeries AMJ is effective for removing water droplets from the air sucked into vacuum pumps and ejectors. Over 90% of droplets can be removed through the use of a special water droplet removing element. The provision of a drain cock makes it possible to discharge the drain manually after breaking the vacuum. Even when the element is saturated with water, there is almost no dro in pressure (increase in resistance). |
FNA low maintenance filter, series FN1 eliminates the need for element replacement. SMC's unique element construction is composed of a series of grooved filter plates and wave washers placed one above the other. When compressed, the gaps between the filter plates and wave washers filter foreign matter. When decompressed, the element widens the gap between the filter plates and wave washers, allowing dust and foreign particles caught between the plates to be washed away. The gaps between the filter plates are equally maintained by the wave washers to allow stable back-flush operation. |
FQQuick change filter series FQ1 requires no tools for replacement of the element. Element replacement, including removing liquid, can be accomplished in less than 2 minutes. Element sizes include 125mm, 250mm and 500mm. Materials include PP, cotton, SUS304 (epoxy resin) and SUS316 (nickel solder). Other elements are available as made-to-order. |
SFDClean air or nitrogen applications requiring high levels of filtration accuracy now have an outstanding solution thanks to development engineers from SMC, the world leaders in automation solution and their new Series SFD clean air filter. Designed for clean air environments, the SFD provides filtration efficiency of 99.9% accuracy thanks to its built-in hollow fibre membrane with a nominal filtration rate of 0.01µm. Available in both disposable and cartridge types and with either plastic or metal case options, the filter can effectively operate with flow rates of between 60 to 500 l/min ranges. For ease of operation the cartridge options can be quickly disassembled allowing simple replacement of the hollow fibre filter element and the standard clear resin case, which is resistant to alcohol based cleaning fluids, provides fast visual detection of the filter´s status. In the metal case options, the SFD can be ordered in either aluminium or stainless steel which are ideal for use in atmospheres exposed to organic solvents and chemicals. Manufactured and quality checked in clean room environments, the SFD filter is available with two types of piping ports for use with either SMC´s KP fittings or similar clean one-touch or threaded female fitting types. |

VMGTaking energy-saving into consideration, blow gun series VMG has a large effective area of 30mm² (without nozzle) with a ratio of 10.7:1 over the traditional air guns. Pressure loss is 1% or less when nozzle bore size 2.5mm is used. Due to adoption of balance type, lever operation force is not adversely affected by supply pressure. Piping direction is optional from top or bottom and nozzle is also optional. |
